2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
Participate in requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
Work closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, business analysts, and other developers.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Support deployment through appropriate Salesforce DevOps processes.
Document technical solutions and development activities.

Required Skills




2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Robust knowledge of Apex.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Understanding of Salesforce security model, including:
Profiles
Permission Sets
Roles
Sharing Rules
Object and Field-Level Security
Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation.
Positive understanding of Salesforce data model.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work according to EST/U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
