Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive specializing in Recruitment and talent acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring and support the company's growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in HR, primarily in recruitment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and close positions within timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
