Key Responsibilities
Handle flight bookings using GDS platforms such as Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.
Manage ticket rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and reissuance.
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for special fares and group bookings.
Assist clients with travel-related queries and provide qualified guidance.
Maintain accurate booking records and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
Knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Valuable communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Prior experience in travel agency ticketing will be preferred.
