Assistant Manager – HR
Position: Assistant Manager – HR
Department: Human Resources
Location: ICL Tours and Travel, Edapally
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
ICL Tours and Travel is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Qualified at Assistant Manager level to manage HR operations and support the development of a skilled and employee-focused work workplace. Candidates with an MBA in HR and relevant experience in the Tours and Travel sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations of the Academy.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate manpower planning and staffing requirements.
Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave and employee-related HR processes.
Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Coordinate training, development and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes as required.
Prepare HR reports, MIS and management updates.
Coordinate with academic, administrative and other departments on HR matters.
Support disciplinary and employee relations matters in accordance with company policies.
Assist management in building a positive and professional organizational culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources – Mandatory
3+ HR experience at Assistant Manager / equivalent level in Travel and Tours Industry
Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
Good knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
Good communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
