Job Purpose
To assist in daily kitchen operations, prepare food as per established recipes and quality standards, maintain hygiene and food safety, and ensure timely food preparation and service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food as per the menu and standard recipes.
Assist in ingredient preparation, cutting, chopping, and portioning.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
Follow kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and minimum wastage.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order preparation and service.
Follow instructions from the senior chef and kitchen management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
