Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.
Monitor and record vital signs as assigned.
Assist doctors and nurses during patient examinations and procedures.
Prepare patients for consultations and investigations.
Assist with wound care, dressing, and basic nursing procedures within the permitted scope of practice.
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
Follow infection-control, hand-hygiene, and biomedical-waste management protocols.
Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
Report any changes in a patient's condition promptly to the responsible nurse or doctor.
Prepare the USG room and arrange the necessary equipment and supplies.
Guide patients regarding preparation for the procedure as instructed.
Maintain patient records and coordinate appointments.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
