Deployment Engineer

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage network deployment activities across 6–8 districts, with regular field visits.
Conduct joint site surveys with Operations for recent network rollouts, including Backbone, Last Mile, Quality and FTTB.
Coordinate ROW (Right of Way) documentation, site deviation checks and planning approvals.
Monitor and resolve network outages, including ATC pending sections during day and night.
Coordinate with Airtel teams and partners to resolve work-related issues and verify Purchase Orders (POs).
Track RFAI readiness with the respective TOCO/partners.
Monitor partners and ensure achievement of monthly deployment targets, from OSP declaration to RFS/ATOC.
Ensure all deployment activities are completed on time and as per quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
