Roles & Responsibilities – Tracking Executive
Track and monitor vehicles from pickup to final delivery.
Coordinate regularly with drivers, transporters, and vehicle owners to get real-time location updates.
Ensure timely vehicle reporting at pickup and delivery locations.
Monitor delays, route deviations, breakdowns, and other transit-related issues.
Update customers and internal teams regarding vehicle location and shipment status.
Follow up with drivers for loading, unloading, and POD (Proof of Delivery).
Maintain accurate trip and vehicle tracking records in Excel, CRM, or the company system.
Escalate critical delays or operational issues to the concerned team or manager.
Coordinate with the Traffic and Operations teams for smooth trip execution.
Prepare daily tracking and trip status reports.

Required Skills




Basic knowledge of FTL Transportation and Logistics.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Ability to handle multiple shipments and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in FTL Logistics / Transportation Tracking / Operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
