Engineer – Application Engineering

About The Role

We are looking for an Engineer to join Munters and contribute to applying engineering expertise to improve products, processes and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities
Perform engineering work related to product, equipment, system, process or application development and improvement.
Interpret requirements, drawings, specifications, standards, and customer or project inputs to support robust technical solutions.
Develop, review, test, validate, and document engineering deliverables in line with quality, cost, safety, reliability, and performance expectations.
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including sales, project teams, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or service.
Investigate technical problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical improvements.




Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods, documentation, product performance, and ways of working.

What we are looking for
Engineering knowledge with the ability to apply theory, data, standards, and practical judgment to real-world problems.
Ability to create, review, and communicate technical documentation, calculations, analysis, or recommendations.
Structured problem-solving mindset with attention to safety, quality, cost, reliability, and performance.
Team-oriented approach across engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, service, and external stakeholders.
Education – BE/ B. Tech in Chemical Engineering
Relevant experience: Minimum 2 years.
