We are seeking a presentable, articulate, and customer-focused Front Desk executive to join our Zoo Road, Guwahati showroom. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our brand, engaging walk-in guests with confidence, offering exceptional product guidance, and delivering a luxury retail experience.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (energetic freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply).
Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in spoken English, Assamese, and Hindi to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
Physical Standards & Grooming: Minimum height requirement of 5 feet 5 inches with a well-groomed, qualified, and presentable appearance.
Communication & Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, polite, and customer-centric approach.
Local Preference: Dibrugarh locals are preferred for seamless commute and familiar regional awareness.
Customer Focus: Strong ability to actively listen, identify customer requirements, and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Warmly greet walk-in customers, assess their needs,



and provide a seamless, premium shopping experience.
Product Assistance: Present jewellery collections knowledgeably, detail specifications, and assist customers through the purchase process.
Showroom Operations: Maintain luxury showroom decorum, ensure pristine product displays, and adhere to service protocols.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with showroom staff and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Note:
Work timings: 10 am – 8.30 pm everyday
Weekly off can be availed between Tuesday to Friday only. No off on Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
