Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Vimala Hospital, Kanjoor

Vimala Hospital is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.

Qualifications
MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or MBA (Preferred)
Any Degree with relevant hospital experience may also apply.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) or Patient Relations Officer in a hospital (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient relations and resolve patient queries and grievances.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services and procedures.
Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Collect and analyze patient feedback and report improvement areas.
Support hospital branding, health camps,



and community outreach activities.
Maintain qualified communication with patients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Patient-focused approach with a qualified attitude.
