Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. Provide information about company products and services. Resolve customer queries and complaints. Maintain and update customer information in the system. Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp and email. Follow up with existing and potential customers. Maintain customer records using MS Excel or CRM software. Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge MS Excel and typing skills Valuable communication skills Customer handling skills Basic knowledge of email and WhatsApp Hindi and Marathi communication; basic English may be required
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: Freshers can apply. Salary: 18000-22000 /month
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
