Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, polite, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and a qualified attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage visitor entries and maintain visitor records.
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Receive and manage courier deliveries and documents.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains neat and organized.




Handle emails and basic administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for daily office operations.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Punctuality, patience, and a positive attitude.
