We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Onboarding Officers for our client in the financial advisory services sector.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers (100–150 calls daily).
Explain financial advisory services and equity-based products.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
Convert interested prospects into customers through effective communication.
Follow up with potential customers to generate sales.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Languages: English and Hindi mandatory.
Preferred Languages: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Tulu.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.




Basic mathematical knowledge.
Willingness to work in a target-based sales workplace.

Working Details
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Training Period: 10 Days
Selection: Final onboarding after successful training certification.
