Job Description
We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide information about products and services.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Resolve customer queries.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Maintain skilled customer communication.
Assist with sales activities when required.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Age: 18–30 years.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
