Welcome and assist passengers with seating, luggage, and journey information.
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of passenger areas and dining sections.
Handle passenger inquiries and complaints professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Support train crew in emergency or safety situations.
