About the Role

D Analytical Support is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Junior Business

Operation Analyst to support business operations, data management, and client coordination

activities. The ideal candidate will possess solid Excel skills, experience in MIS reporting, and the

ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain MIS reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle data entry, data validation, and reporting tasks using Microsoft Excel.
Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data analysis.
Coordinate with clients via email for operational updates and reporting requirements.




Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
Work independently during night shift operations and meet defined deadlines.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Operations or related domain.
At least 1+ year hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Experience in data handling, reporting, and MIS preparation.
Typing speed of 28–30 words per minute.
Strong written communication skills for client email coordination.
Ability to work independently in a night-shift workplace.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
