We are seeking a talented and passionate Bakery and Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every dessert. You’ll be responsible for producing high-end pastries, baked goods, and confections that delight our guests and align with our brand's standards.

KKey Responsibilities
Prepare and produce a variety of French desserts, entremets, mousse cakes, tarts, pastries, and bakery products.
Execute recipes with precision and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Handle all stages of dessert production, including sponge preparation, mousse making, glazing, layering, and finishing.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved within timelines.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Monitor inventory and communicate raw material requirements to the management.
Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of ingredients.
Assist in developing new dessert concepts and seasonal menu items.




Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
Work collaboratively with the bakery and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role
Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred
Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating
Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
