Role & responsibilities
Co-ordinate with Manpower Vendors and ensure the manpower deployment & compliance.
Monthly invoice process of manpower vendors, SRN, provision report, headcount reco, MIS.
Co-ordinate with Vendor and followup the compliance on Ascent vendor audit tool.
Coordinate with Ascent & central compliance team for stat displays, handling of inspections.
Handle audits & day to day queries of employees.
EY compliance tool owner responsibility.
