We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representatives to join our jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a presentable personality, and an interest in jewellery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, and customisation options.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting, and other occasions.
Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery at the counter.
Build solid customer relationships and follow up with prospective customers.
Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the showroom and display counters.

Requirements:




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have 1+ year of experience in Sales, jewellery organisation is preferred
Interest in jewellery, fashion, and customer service.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Previous retail or jewellery sales experience is preferred; freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
