Key Responsibilities
Graphic Designing
Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and promotional creatives.
Create attractive social media posts, stories, reels covers, and event creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Design promotional materials for admissions, events, workshops, and campaigns.
Social Media Management
Manage the institute's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content descriptions.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience growth.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement creative ideas.
Content Creation & Marketing
Coordinate with the team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Create short videos, reels, and event highlights.
Cover institute events, student activities, workshops, and special occasions.
Track social media performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.




Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
Creativity, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or diploma holder in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in graphic designing and social media management is preferred.
Freshers with solid creative skills and a valuable portfolio may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

A creative, responsible, and proactive individual who can independently handle graphic designing and day-to-day social media activities while contributing to the institute's branding and student outreach.
