Role Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to manage outbound calling, customer follow-ups and lead conversion for software products.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable software solutions.
Handle objections, queries and follow-ups.
Convert leads into sales opportunities and customers.
Maintain customer interaction records and achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Requirements




0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Business Development.
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
Positive verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with calling and target-based sales.
