Visa Executive – B2C Sales & Operations

Job Responsibilities
Handle walk-in clients and assist them with visa requirements and travel-related queries.
Have positive knowledge of visa requirements and documentation for various countries.
Handle end-to-end visa application and processing, including e-Visa applications.
Explain visa procedures, required documents, fees, and processing timelines to clients.
Handle B2C sales and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into business.
Assist clients with FIT and GIT travel package inquiries and requirements.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centers, and travel partners wherever required.




Keep clients updated on their application status and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in visa processing and travel operations.
Positive knowledge of visa procedures for multiple countries, including e-Visas.
Experience in handling walk-in clients and B2C sales.
Knowledge of FIT and GIT packages.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online visa application portals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
