Our field technicians are the backbone of our service delivery—ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency, resolving technical issues in office, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in India’s rapidly growing solar market.

Role & Responsibilities
Install, commission, and troubleshoot residential and commercial solar PV systems including panels, inverters, mounting structures, and wiring.
Conduct preventive maintenance, performance diagnostics, and repairs on solar systems to ensure uninterrupted energy generation.
Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, insulation testers, and thermal imaging cameras; document findings and recommend solutions.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to implement site-specific modifications and system upgrades.




Deliver clear technical explanations to customers and ensure compliance with safety standards and installation guidelines.
Adhere to company SLAs, maintain accurate service logs, and report critical issues to supervisors in real-time.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Solar PV installation
Electrical troubleshooting
DC/AC wiring
Inverter commissioning
Mounting structure assembly
Thermal imaging
Multimeter usage
ISI/IEC standards

Preferred
Basic knowledge of Li-ion battery systems
Experience with string vs. microinverter setups
familiarity with solar monitoring platforms
