Fursat helps Indian families book curated home-stays across Northeast India and the Himalayas. You turn a guest's message into a booking.

What you will do

Reply to guests on WhatsApp and travel apps within 15 minutes.

Check availability, send offers and follow up on a fixed schedule.

Hand over each shift with a short note.

Shifts

Full time, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Shifts are 12:00 to 20:00 or 16:00 to 24:00, with rotating off days including some weekends.

Early shift is in office in Siliguri. Late shift is work from home after a first month in office.

Pay

Rs 14,000 to 18,000 a month, plus Rs 300 per confirmed booking, with allowances for weekends and late shifts.

Who we are looking for

Transparent written English and Hindi (Bengali or Nepali is a bonus).

Your own laptop and reliable internet with power backup.

A fresher is fine. Hospitality or travel service is a plus.

Able to work evenings and some weekends.
