ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Managers to join our Business Loan Telesales Process.

The role involves customer interaction, lead conversion, understanding financial requirements, and managing the loan journey from lead generation to disbursement.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Connect with customers and understand their Business Loan requirements
Generate, manage and convert leads through telesales
Recommend suitable financial solutions based on customer needs
Follow up with customers and ensure smooth loan processing
Maintain strong and professional customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams until loan disbursement




Achieve monthly sales targets and quality parameters

WHO CAN APPLY?
Freshers or 6 Months–1 Year of Experience
Graduate in any stream; Finance background preferred
Excellent English Communication Skills
Good customer handling and convincing skills
Target-oriented with a positive and qualified attitude
