Job Description HR Manager (Recruitment)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 3–8 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project, sales, and corporate positions.
Recruit site engineers, STP/ETP/WTP plant operators, supervisors, technicians, and project managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and consultants.
Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure timely joining.
Coordinate with project and department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment reports, and hiring targets.
Eligibility:
MBA in HR preferred.
3–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EPC, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial services.
Robust sourcing, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
