Job Title: ITES Trainer
Department: Training and Skill Development
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (B.Com / B.Tech preferred) and certification in IT

training
Experience: 1+ years in IT training, handling IT courses with familiarity in assessments,

evaluation, and practice sessions
Required skills:
Strong technical knowledge on Basics of Computers, Power bi and IT
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Understanding of Internet concepts and basic troubleshooting
Typing skills
- Ability to handle and engage students with a gentle, supportive approach
Team player mentality
Willingness to spend time at grassroots community level
Location: Project Site or Community
Reporting to: Training Coordinator / Center Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm(Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary:

Deliver effective computer training sessions covering basic computer skills and MS Office

concepts. Guide students through practical assignments and maintain accurate attendance

records. Take responsibility for the maintenance and proper use of assets in the computer

lab. Engage with students and communities with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct computer classes for students on basics and MS Office suite




Support students in completing practical assignments effectively
Manage and maintain attendance records of the students
Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of computer lab equipment and assets
Uphold a positive and motivating learning setting
Collaborate with team members to improve curriculum delivery and student

support
Participate in community engagement activities as required
