Job Description

Walpar Nutritions Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store & Warehouse Executive to manage the receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM). The candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, proper material handling, and compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, verification, storage, and issuance of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
Verify materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and material inward/outward entries in ERP or inventory software.
Ensure proper identification, labelling, segregation, and storage of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Accounts departments.
Issue materials to production strictly against approved material requisitions.
Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and report near-expiry, expired, damaged, or rejected materials to the concerned department.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable and ensure proper batch traceability.




Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and systematic arrangement of the warehouse.
Follow applicable GMP, safety, and company SOP requirements.
Prepare and maintain material receipt, issue, stock reconciliation, and inventory reports.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Science, or any relevant discipline; candidates with a relevant diploma may also apply.
2–5 years of relevant experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management.
Experience in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, FMCG, or manufacturing company will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse software will be an advantage.
Valuable coordination, documentation, communication, and stock management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
