Roles And Responsibility

Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies across online stores and marketplaces to drive revenue, profitability, and channel growth.

· Manage P&L; responsibility, pricing strategies, budgets, sales performance, and optimize e-distribution, merchandising, and pricing for maximum ROI.

· Improve in-house website performance, increase traffic through digital marketing strategies, analyze user behavior, and reduce product returns.

· Build relationships with organized retailers and merchandisers, create annual business plans, monitor stock/sales data, and execute promotional campaigns.

· Create annual social media strategies and budgets, and transform social platforms into profitable sales and engagement channels.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure smooth operations, policy/SOP implementation, and achievement of business objectives.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
