We’re looking for an ambitious, data-driven E-commerce Executive who can help us scale our online presence and turn clicks into conversions.

The Role

You’ll own the day-to-day growth and performance of iGear across leading marketplaces and our D2C website. From building high-performing product listings to driving sales through campaigns, promotions and data-led decisions, you’ll play a key role in scaling our digital business.

What You’ll Do

Marketplace Management: Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.

D2C Growth: Manage website operations, product merchandising, collections, promotions and conversion optimisation.

Catalogue & SEO: Optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and search rankings.

Sales & Performance: Track GMV, revenue, conversion rates, margins, sell-through and overall marketplace performance.

Campaigns & Advertising: Execute sale events,



promotional campaigns and marketplace advertising initiatives to drive growth and ROI.

Inventory & Operations: Monitor stock availability, pricing, order fulfilment, returns and account health.

Analytics & Reporting: Use Excel and marketplace dashboards to identify opportunities and improve business performance.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or D2C operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Shopify or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, catalogue management, performance marketing and sales analytics.

Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis and performance reporting.

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a robust focus on growth, execution and results.

Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle gadgets or D2C brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
