Technical Skills:
An excellent knowledge on accounting skill.
Preferably, positive exposure in O2C process.
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements and deliver accordingly.
Understand various statutory compliance requirements and ensure deliver accordingly
Process automation skill
Behavioral Skills:
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 2+ years of post qualification work experience in O2C.
