Customer Acquisition & Sourcing: Generate leads and source recent gold loan customers through open-market field visits, cold calling, local market activities, and customer referrals. [1, 2, 3]
Product Education: Educate prospective and existing clients on gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms, and renewal processes. [1, 2]
Branch Coordination: Work closely with branch managers, operations teams, and appraisal staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding, KYC collection, and quick loan disbursement. [1, 2]
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and portfolio growth targets. [1, 2]
Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. [1, 2]
Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate daily logs, maintain lead registers, and submit regular performance updates to reporting managers. [1, 2]
