SKANDA FAB is a growing home furnishing and lifestyle brand specializing in floor cushions, chair pads, low-seating cushions and home textile products. We sell across multiple e-commerce marketplaces and are looking for a qualified to help grow our online business.

Role: E-commerce Marketplace Manager

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Vaaree and other marketplace accounts. Coordinate with account managers, raise support cases, resolve listing errors, pricing issues and incorrect fees, and follow up until issues are closed.
Sales Analysis and Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports covering sales, orders, SKU performance, traffic, conversion rates and returns. Use Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and recommend actions.
Advertising and Growth
Monitor Amazon Ads campaigns, budgets, ACOS, TACOS and keyword performance. Identify inefficient campaigns, improve advertising efficiency, and coordinate promotions and deals to grow sales profitably.
Inventory and Profitability
Monitor stock availability, rapid-moving and slow-moving SKUs, marketplace fees, advertising costs and returns.



Coordinate with the existing e-commerce executive on listings and inventory updates.
Ownership and Execution
Take ownership of marketplace problems, communicate professionally with account managers in English, follow up proactively and recommend improvements based on business data.

Candidate Requirements
24 years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with Myntra, Ajio or other marketplaces is preferred.
Good Excel or Google Sheets skills and data analysis ability.
Practical understanding of Amazon advertising and performance metrics.
Strong spoken and written English communication.
Valuable problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
