Admistay is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Student Accommodation Advisor to join our team. We help international students find suitable accommodation in destinations such as the UK and Australia.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in sales, customer relationship management and the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities
Contact students who have enquired about international student accommodation and understand their requirements, budget, preferred location and move-in dates.
Recommend suitable accommodation options based on students' needs and preferences.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails and messages to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Address student queries related to property availability, pricing, booking procedures and accommodation requirements.
Coordinate with accommodation providers to confirm availability and assist with booking-related processes.
Guide students from the initial enquiry through the final booking confirmation.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups and booking progress in the company's tracking systems.
Work towards individual sales targets and improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.

Skills Required
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Confidence in making calls, following up with leads and handling sales conversations.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
A target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Background: Sales, inside sales, telesales, customer service, counselling, business development or travel and hospitality.

Education: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
