Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET/.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies.•
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust technical designs and implementation plans.
Design and develop modular, maintainable, and reusable applications following SOLID principles and established design patterns
Drive architecture and technical decisions, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure successful feature delivery.
Troubleshoot complex production and application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Establish and maintain coding standards, development guidelines, and quality practices across the team.
Review pull requests and ensure adherence to code quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.




Develop and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application reliability and regression-free releases.
Work with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices to streamline software delivery.
Identify prospects for automation, process improvement, and technical debt reduction.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and scalability improvements.
Stay current with emerging C#/.NET technologies, frameworks, development tools, and industry best practices.
Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery, from requirement analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, technical discussions, and release planning
