Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Omnichannel Analytics) with experience in the pharmaceutical domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in analyzing commercial omnichannel/multichannel data and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and generate insights for omnichannel/multichannel commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical sector.
Work with data from platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DV360.
Ensure compliance with data privacy principles (HIPAA, GDPR) and manage consented data handling.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports,



and KPIs for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and marketing strategies.
Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced analysis.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)
Solid experience as a Data Analyst in Pharma domain.
Expertise in Commercial Omnichannel/Multichannel Analytics.

Secondary Skills (Valuable-to-Have)
Knowledge of data privacy principles (HIPAA, GDPR).
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python.
Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Google Analytics, DV360.
