Cleomitra is an AI-powered CRM built for how growing businesses actually talk to their customers: on

WhatsApp, on calls, everywhere. WhatsApp Business API, IVR voice routing, smart automation,

bookings and billing, all in one place.

The role

When a lead raises their hand, by booking a demo, starting a trial, or sending a WhatsApp message at

11 pm, you're the first one there. You get them excited and answer the tough questions. Then you turn

"just looking" into "where do I sign?"

You'll do it in English, in Hindi, and in Kannada, Telugu or Tamil, because our customers are regional

business owners who buy from people who speak their language.

What you'll own

• Win deals end to end. Turn trials, inbound leads and demos into paying subscribers. Hit your

monthly conversion targets, then beat them.

• Speak their language, literally. Pitch, negotiate and handle objections in whichever language

builds trust fastest.

• Run killer live demos. Show prospects how WhatsApp automation, shared inboxes and billing

tools fix their specific headaches.

• Own your pipeline. Keep it healthy, track every lead in the CRM (yes,



we use our own product),

and forecast accurately.

• Be the voice of the market. Tell product and marketing what prospects love, what they push back

on, and what they wish existed. Your feedback shapes the roadmap.

You might be a fit if you…

• Have 2–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, inside sales, business development or client conversion

• Can point to real numbers: conversion rates, quotas crushed, revenue grown

• Speak English and Hindi fluently, plus at least one of Kannada, Telugu or Tamil

• Learn tech quickly and can explain an API integration in plain words

• Have a hunter mindset: target-driven, resilient, and energised by a rapid pace

• Treat no "as" as "not yet".
