Job Responsibilities
Handle international travel-related customer queries over calls.
Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and ticket reissuance.
Provide support regarding itineraries, fares, and travel policies.
Ensure excellent customer service and effective query resolution.
Eligibility
International travel process experience preferred.
Mandatory: GDS knowledge.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs.
