Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Service Manager (CSM) to manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery within the US IT staffing environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, solid relationship-management abilities, and experience working with US clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with US clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
Coordinate with recruitment and internal teams to meet client expectations.
Monitor service quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
Address and resolve client concerns, issues, and escalations promptly.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide status updates.




Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand business.
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Client Service Management, Account Management, Staffing, or a related role.
Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
Experience working with US clients.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
Willingness to work onsite in Vadodara and during the US night shift.
