Role & responsibilities
Provide remote and basic onsite IT support.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and desktop issues.
Create, update, and resolve IT support tickets.
Assist with Active Directory user accounts and password-related issues.
Provide basic support for DNS, DHCP, printers, and network connectivity.
Troubleshoot basic desktop and hardware issues.
Coordinate with internal IT teams for complex issues.
Maintain positive communication and customer service.
