Job description
Job Summary:
The Project Manager for Fire Projects will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project management activities from the office/site visit. This role involves project scheduling, tracking, procurement, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and address bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
Maintain relationships with key suppliers and explore recent vendors for cost effective solutions.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
