The Premier Acquisition Manager (CASA) is responsible for acquiring and managing affluent/HNI customers, growing the branch's CASA portfolio, generating revenue through cross-selling wealth and investment products, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition
Acquire recent Premier/HNI customers for Savings and Current Accounts.
Build and expand the CASA book through customer acquisition activities.
Source customers through referrals, networking, market mapping, and customer outreach programs.





Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with affluent and high-net-worth customers.
Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
Ensure superior customer experience and retention.

Revenue Generation
Drive liability business growth through CASA acquisition.
