Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing open positions.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.




• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Freshers are not preferred.
