Job Description:
Identify and acquire current customers for various chit fund schemes.
Promote chit fund products through field sales, telemarketing, digital marketing, referrals, and local campaigns.
Explain chit group structures, subscription amounts, tenure, auction procedures, commissions, and other applicable terms to prospective customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing subscribers and prospective customers.
Generate leads through networking, customer referrals, business associations,



and local marketing activities.
Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and promotional events.
Achieve monthly and quarterly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into subscriptions.
Coordinate with branch operations and collection teams regarding customer onboarding, instalments, and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions in the CRM or company database.
Ensure that all marketing communications and customer commitments are accurate and transparent.
Follow applicable chit fund regulations, KYC requirements, company policies, and customer protection guidelines.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management
