Key Responsibilities:
Chief role of the School Executive is to ensure the smooth overall operations of the designated School branch.
Corrective & Preventive Measures: Ensure campus cleanliness and infrastructure checks.
Safety & Security: Prioritize physical security, plan safety drills, and ensure CCTV monitoring. Report nonfunctional cameras.
Fire Safety: Supervise fire safety drills and mock exercises.
Transport Management: Monitor vendor budgets as per company policy.
Record Keeping: Maintain registers for repairs, checklists, IT, daily CIC reports, asset registers,



and breath analyzer tests.
Store Management: Verify stock count with invoices, record discrepancies (via video), and maintain accurate stock levels. Ensure proper distribution of books and uniforms.

Details:
Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).
