Job Title: English Teacher & Personality Development Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Teacher & Personality Development Trainer to improve students' English communication skills, confidence, personality, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken English.
Conduct Personality Development (PD) and communication skills training sessions.
Improve students' public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Train students in interview preparation, group discussions, and skilled etiquette.
Develop students' confidence, leadership qualities, and positive attitudes.
Plan interactive classroom activities and practical learning sessions.
Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Motivate students to improve their overall communication and personality.

Required Skills:




Excellent English communication and teaching skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Positive classroom management and student engagement skills.
Knowledge of soft skills, personality development, and interview preparation.
Positive attitude, patience, and motivational skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification preferred.
Previous experience in English teaching or PD training is an advantage.

Job Objective:

To help students become confident, fluent English speakers with strong communication skills, professional personalities, and the ability to succeed in academic and career opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
