Food Matters Group is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join The Table. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in premium or fine-dining restaurants, excellent guest relations skills, and the ability to lead service teams while ensuring exceptional dining experiences. The role requires solid operational knowledge, team management skills, and a keen eye for detail to uphold The Table’s high standards of hospitality and service.

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
Supervise service staff and maintain service standards




Ensure guest satisfaction and handle escalations
Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline
Support inventory and stock management
Assist in training and performance monitoring of employees
Ensure hygiene, safety and SOP compliance
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow
Support revenue generation and upselling initiatives
Prepare operational reports as required

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.

Experience: 4–6 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in premium or fine-dining establishments.
