Role Summary:
Support order management and service requests across multiple channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution within agreed SLAs. Manage customer interactions and workflow activities to deliver quality service and process improvements.

What Youll Do:
Manage service requests and orders from initiation to completion
Comply with Service Level Agreements and take necessary actions for over/under delivery
Update order request tools and track order lifecycle
Communicate with customers via chat, voice (inbound/outbound), and back office channels
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Escalate service issues where necessary
Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Adhere to shift patterns,



break schedules, and personal performance goals

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
Experience in customer service in a call centre environment
Exposure to order management and understanding of customer needs
Good written and verbal communication skills
Cross-cultural awareness for effective communication with UK customers
PC literacy and robust system navigation skills
Positive data input and problem-solving skills
Competence in Windows-based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access)
Positive self-management and adherence to schedules

Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream
