Key Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee quality checks of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished graphite products.
Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Monitor key quality parameters such as fixed carbon content, ash content, moisture, particle size, and other relevant parameters, as applicable.
Ensure consistency in graphite quality throughout the production process.
Coordinate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain quality control reports, inspection records, test results, and documentation.
Establish, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards.
Identify product defects, investigate quality deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with laboratories for sample testing and analysis, where required.
Monitor product quality during crushing, grinding, screening, and other processing stages.
Ensure proper sampling, sample preparation, testing, and recordkeeping procedures.
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
Prepare periodic quality reports and communicate findings to management.




Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality and minimize rejection and wastage.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or a relevant technical field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
Experience in the minerals, graphite, mining, or mineral processing industry is preferred.
Knowledge of mineral testing methods, sampling techniques, and quality inspection procedures.
Understanding of graphite quality parameters and laboratory testing is an advantage.
Ability to maintain QC documentation, prepare reports, and analyze test results.
Knowledge of MS Excel and quality reporting tools.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with production teams and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
